If You Have Not Reached The Fitness Goals That You Were Hoping For, Fitness Trackers May Be Just The Motivator That You Need!

I received the Jawbone unit as a gift from my wife and I really liked it for some aspects and others not so much! I really liked that I could sync it with my phone and track my results. What I didn't like was that I had to remove it when I was doing my Kettlebell presses.
